A Little Love

The simple things in life really get to me..
like a giant hug from a friend after not seeing them for a weekend, or seeing someone's face light up with a big smile. Those little moments make my day.

This past Tuesday at dance, during our jazz class, we were all stretching as a group and listening to "In My Head" by Jason Derulo, and every single one of us was singing along, smiling and just having a good time. At that moment shivers ran up my spine, thinking about how wonderful our senior company at DF really is. Seeing all of us smiling and joking around really made me happy; it made me realize the love that we all have for each other, which is truly a great thing.

When i have bad days at school, or I'm in a miserable mood, coming to dance and seeing all of my girls there makes everything so much better. I really do love them, each and every one of them, and I know that they all feel the same way.

It makes me sad knowing that each year brings us closer to the end of our senior company. Soon enough we'll all be graduating high school and off to University, and I'm so glad that i have these memories to keep with me. Savanah and Shevya hitting me in the face with a tennis ball during my solo, when we all pants each other while Robin recorded us on her mac book... and moments like the one on Tuesday, where my love for every one of them grew stronger. I'm so happy that I get to spend my time at Dance Fusion with these amazing girls. <3
